Technicians visit the customer’s site directly, inspect and identify the cause of the issue, and propose appropriate solutions.

Based on the actual condition, technicians provide a detailed quote to the customer. Discussed and agreed upon before repair.

The technical team performs the repair as approved, ensuring complete resolution of identified issues.

Test and operate the machine before handover. Guide the customer to check, run, and confirm results.
Complete repair, create acceptance report. Customer proceeds with payment as agreed.

What does TULOCTECH's regular maintenance package include?

TULOCTECH’s regular maintenance package is designed comprehensively, including:

1. Spindle system: Check spindle rotation, tool clamping, oil level of tool clamp, spindle cooling system

2. Tool change system: Check Z-axis position during tool change, check spindle positioning angle, check ATC arm BT grease lubrication, check CAM ATC oil level

3. XZ axes: Check lubrication of rails and ball screws, check bearings, check guards, check ball screw errors, check couplings

4. Lubrication system: Check oil pump, lubrication pipes, oil filter

5. Pneumatic system: Check air pressure, air pipelines, air filter

6. Electrical system: Check power supply, clean/control panel, check lights

7. Coolant system: Check pumps, pipes, filters, and coolant tank

8. Appearance: Check machine balance, table condition, overall cover and paint condition

In addition to the standard package with 8 items, TULOCTECH offers 3 special option packages:

  • Check spindle vibration
  • Overall machine condition check using high-end Renishaw QC20 device
  • Positioning and repeatability check using laser on Renishaw XL80 high-end equipment
